How To Order

Customers have the ability to place an order either online or by contacting us at our toll free number. Please see the instructions below for the method of ordering  you have chosen.    

For orders placed online:

It is essential that you carefully enter your Recipient’s Information into the section at the bottom of the credit card page Titled “Recipient’s Name, Address & Phone”

All of the specific Recipient Information required by our carrier is:

• First Name,
• Last Name,
• Street Address (if the address is a business location and not a residence please specify that for us),
• City,
• State,
• Zip Code, and
• Telephone Number including area code.

If you have chosen more than one gift going to different recipients, then it is essential that you identify for us the name of the gift collection for each recipient. 

We appreciate your patience with our current system which we are in the process of upgrading and hope to install shortly. 

For orders placed through our toll-free number:

If the customer wants to place an order by telephone, we are happy to take orders from our 1-800-984-SOUL number.  

Please note that since we will be completing the PayPal screens for you, we will need to ask our customers to provide us their personal information including credit card number.  All of this information is entered directly into the computer for the customer but none of the information will be recorded or saved in any way by the representative taking the information.  Also note that our toll-free number is answered during our business hours which are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Daylight SavingsTime (PDT).
